Double Support is a technology company with 180 people across three offices: Amman in Jordan, Tbilisi in Georgia, and St. Petersburg, Florida in the United States. We build software for other companies, we run English-speaking call center teams for clients in the United States and Europe, and we make Zyntra OS, our own business management system.

The work here

Three kinds of work run side by side, which is the main thing to understand before applying.

Building software for clients. Applications for the web, mobile and desktop, the APIs and integrations behind them, and the work of keeping them running once they are live. Development runs from two centers, Amman and Tbilisi.

Our products. Zyntra OS — with its editions Zyntra Legal, Zyntra Real Estate, Zyntra Hotel, Zyntra E-commerce, Zyntra Appointments, Zyntra Repair, Zyntra Garage, Zyntra Concierge, Zyntra Contracting, Zyntra Clinic, Zyntra Dental, Zyntra School, Zyntra University and Zyntra OTA, Zyntra Call Center beside any of them, and Flowrica built in — is built and maintained in-house, so product work here is not a side project: it is the system other companies run their businesses on.

The call center. A hundred of our people are call center agents, working in English for clients in the United States and Europe on calls, live chat and email. The work runs in three standard-length shifts, Monday to Friday, covering every US time zone and the European business day.

About the role
Zyntra OS is one business system with 47 modules — sales, accounting, projects, HR and payroll, inventory, support, websites — in English and Arabic, with e-invoicing (JoFotara, ZATCA). You make sure nothing a customer touches is wrong: numbers, rights, and screens.

What you will do
- Plan and run testing of new features end to end, in English and Arabic (right-to-left)
- Test money with an accountant's eye: invoices, payments, the ledger, payroll — totals must match to the fils
- Test rights: who may see and do what, across companies
- Write automated browser tests (Playwright) and read the PHP tests the developers write
- Report each fault so a developer can reproduce it in one read: the steps, what you expected, what you saw, a picture

What we need
- 5+ years in software QA, at least 2 on a business system (ERP, CRM, accounting or HR)
- Strong with test design: edge cases, rights, data across companies and currencies
- Hands-on with Playwright or Cypress, and with SQL to check what was really saved
- Basic accounting understanding (debit/credit) is a strong plus
- Clear written English; Arabic is a plus

Language
- English is a must, spoken and written.
