Zyntra OTA, the travel edition of Zyntra OS

Zyntra OTA: the travel edition of Zyntra OS

Zyntra OTA runs a travel business end to end: flights through the GDS, hotels, tours, transfers, car rental, visas, insurance and cruises, sold at the counter, through your own website, or to the agencies that sell for you. It is built on Zyntra OS, so the accounting, HR, CRM and everything else that runs the company are part of the same system rather than something you reconcile with afterwards.

One system instead of a booking tool plus a back office

Most travel systems sell you the booking side and leave the company to spreadsheets and a separate accounting package. Zyntra OTA is the travel side of a complete business system: a booking made at the counter, on your website or by an agent lands in the same place as the invoice, the supplier payment, the commission and the customer record.

  • Your own installation, your own database. Like every Zyntra OS installation, it is yours, set up for how your agency works.
  • Shipping since 2017, and in daily use at travel companies. Zyntra OS has been in the field since 2017, and the travel system grew up with it.
  • Take the modules you need. A tour operator, a ticketing office and an online travel agency need different parts of it, and each is a module.

What you can sell

Every product below can be run as operations and counter sales only, opened to your customers online, opened to agencies that sell for you, or connected to suppliers through an API — so you can start at the counter and add the online side later.

How you sell it

  • At the counter. Operations and offline sales for everything you offer, for the staff who take bookings by phone and in person.
  • On your own website. A B2C portal for your customers, mobile-ready, with Android and iOS apps.
  • Through your agents. A B2B portal for the agencies that sell for you, with their own apps, so they book directly instead of emailing you.
  • With your suppliers. A vendor portal for the companies whose services you resell.

What runs the company underneath

Zyntra OTA sits on Zyntra OS, so the rest of the business is in the same system:

  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • CRM
  • HR records, timesheets and leave
  • Payroll
  • Commission
  • A support desk with tickets
  • Management apps for Android and iOS
  • And the rest of Zyntra OS, module by module

What it connects to

  • Global distribution systems — Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.
  • Hotel and tour suppliers — including Hotelbeds and TBO.
  • WhatsApp Business — through the official API from Meta, so your customers reach you where they already are.
  • Payment gateways — MEPS, HyperPay, Network, Payfort and Arab Bank.

Who it's for

Travel agencies and tour operators selling flights, hotels, tours and transfers, whether over the counter, online, or through the agencies and suppliers they work with. Zyntra OTA is in daily use at travel companies today.

One of them is Tikram for Airport Services, part of Royal Jordanian and the exclusive meet-and-greet provider at Queen Alia International Airport, whose airport services run on it.
