Zyntra Garage, the workshop edition of Zyntra OS
Zyntra Garage: car repair, body & paint and PPF workshops on Zyntra OS
Zyntra Garage runs a car workshop from the moment a car comes in to the moment it leaves: every car with its history, a check-in sheet signed by the customer on the workshop's own screen, an estimate approved line by line in the workshop, a stage board for each kind of job, insurance claims followed step by step, film used by the metre and a PPF warranty certificate. It is built on Zyntra OS, so the customers, invoices, payments, stock and accounting are part of the same system.

One job, from check-in to invoice
The check-in sheet — odometer, fuel, keys, what was left in the car, every mark on the car's diagram with its photo — signed by the customer on the workshop's screen and never changed after. Parts from stock, labour and materials on the estimate, approved or declined line by line with a signature, then a Zyntra invoice with the parts taken out of stock.

Every car, with its history
A car belongs to one of your customers, found by plate, VIN, customer or phone. Its page holds every job, estimate and invoice, its photos and its PPF warranty certificates.

The workshop at a glance
The open jobs by stage, the late ones, the revenue by kind of job, what each insurer still owes and the film used by roll — the money only to who may see it.

Made for a car workshop
Zyntra Garage is Zyntra OS with its Garage part switched on, in English and in Arabic. Everything happens inside the workshop: no portal, no public page.
- Cars. Jordanian plates kept in one shape, the VIN checked, make, model, year, colour and paint code, the odometer following every sheet.
- Check-in and check-out. Signed by the customer on the workshop's screen, with photos, and never changed after.
- Line-by-line approval. A declined line stays on the record; only approved lines are invoiced.
- Rights for every door. A technician sees the jobs given to them and never the prices.
Insurance, followed by you
Your insurance companies in one screen, and each claim walked step by step:
- Draft, sent, under survey, approved, approved with changes or rejected, invoiced, paid — each step with its day, person, note and file
- The insurer's invoice for its part less the excess, and the excess billed to the car's owner — both ordinary Zyntra invoices
PPF, by the metre
Film rolls are stock items with their brand, product and lot number:
- The panels covered and the metres used on each job, never more than the roll has left
- The job's cost and margin against what was billed
- A PPF warranty certificate printed on your letterhead, and a yearly check reminder for the workshop
What runs the workshop underneath
Zyntra Garage sits on Zyntra OS, so the rest of the workshop is in the same system:
- Customers, and each insurer as a customer
- Invoices and payments
- Parts and film in stock, by warehouse
- Flowrica, who answers about a car or a job within your rights
- The full accounting, HR and payroll
