These terms cover your use of this website. They are an agreement with Double Support for Technology, 5th floor, offices E2-E3-E4-E5-E6-E7-E8, Faisaliyah Center (67), Wasfi Al-Tal Street (Gardens), Amman, Jordan. "Double Support" is the name we use across this site.
What this website is
- This website describes what Double Support does. It is information, not an offer or a contract.
- Nothing on the site is a quote or a binding price. Prices, timescales and terms for any service come from us in writing, for your project.
- The site has no accounts and takes no payments. Nothing is bought on it: anything you ask us for, including a domain name, is arranged with you directly.
- The Client login link takes existing clients to their own portal, which is a separate system.
- Links to other websites are for convenience. What happens on them is not ours to control.
Using the material on this site
The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Double Support or to whoever licensed them to us. Client logos belong to those companies and are shown unchanged.
You may read, print and share the pages. You may not copy the site's text or images to use as your own.
Our services
What a service includes, what it costs and how long it takes are agreed in writing with each client before the work starts. These terms do not replace that agreement.
Who owns the software
Our products — Zyntra OS, Zyntra OTA, Flowrica, and everything else we provide as a service — belong entirely to Double Support. When you use one, you subscribe to it; you do not buy the software itself. That is also what keeps it working for you: we maintain it, fix it and keep developing it, so you are not left holding a system you have to keep alive on your own.
When we build a system specifically for you, who owns its code is agreed in your own contract for that project, including whether you receive the source code. We settle it with you before the work starts, not after.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any dispute about them is heard in the courts of Amman.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
