Version 5.20.43

  • Leaving: a «Last working day» can be set when a person leaves, and payroll pays up to it.

Improved

  • HR contracts: «Signed» now carries its evidence — who signed, when and how (drawn in the product or a signed scan) — with «Download signed copy», and a contract keeps its own files (PDF, Word or pictures only).
  • HR: a new person names their direct manager (or «No manager» for the top of the company); employment asks for org unit, line manager and hire day; insurance can be «Not covered»; a company can set the smallest loan or advance.
  • HR Overview: every card opens the people behind its number; the timesheet report file says hours as hours and minutes.

  • View team now reaches the people of the teams you belong to or manage on the Teams screen, in Customers, Timesheet reports and everywhere else — and only them.

  • Flowrica tidies up: «Merge…» opens the merge form with both customers chosen, and a merged pair leaves the list.

  • Planning a sprint? Flowrica suggests the tasks it should take — left over from the last sprint, overdue, due inside it, or high priority. Add them in one click, and undo if you change your mind.
  • After Flowrica makes a project from your description, you can undo it from her done card.

  • Flowrica understands «How are sales this month?» and dates written in words, like «next Monday» or «in two weeks».
