Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Double Support handles, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

This policy is from Double Support for Technology, 5th floor, offices E2-E3-E4-E5-E6-E7-E8, Faisaliyah Center (67), Wasfi Al-Tal Street (Gardens), Amman, Jordan. "Double Support" is the name we use across this site.

For anything about your personal data, email [email protected]. For anything else, email [email protected] or call +962 795 900 124.

What this website collects

  • The forms on this site. You give us personal information only when you fill in one of these, and only what you choose to type:
    • Contact, demo and partner forms — your name, company, email, phone and your message (the partner form also asks where you are and what your company does). It becomes an enquiry in our own system, Zyntra OS. The person who handles it is told, and we may email you that we have it.
    • The price builder on our Pricing and Zyntra pages — your company, name, email, phone, the address you choose for your system, and what you picked. It becomes a request for your own Zyntra and a draft invoice. Nothing is charged on the site; our team contacts you to confirm.
    • A job application — your name and email, and what the role's form asks: usually your phone, a few lines about you and your CV as a file (up to 5 MB). It goes to our recruitment team in Zyntra OS.
    • The store (domains, email and hosting) — when you order, your order becomes a draft order; nothing is charged on the site. Client accounts are opened by our team, not on the site. To register a domain for you, we send the details the domain registry requires to our domain provider.
    • Flowrica, the site's chat — she answers from this site's own pages. What you type stays in your browser for your visit and is not kept by us — unless you leave your name and an email or phone so we can reach you: then your details and the last part of the conversation are saved as an enquiry. If you ask to talk to a person, that conversation and your details are kept so our team can answer you.
    There is no newsletter sign-up.
  • When you contact us. If you email, call or message us, we hold what you send us — your name, your contact details and what you tell us — and use it to answer you and to do the work you ask us for.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. The site can use Google Analytics 4 to see how it is used: which pages are read, how people reach us, and roughly where in the world they are. It only ever runs if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice. If you have not been shown a cookie notice, analytics is not running on this site. When it runs, your IP address is anonymized, we use what it tells us to improve the site and never to identify you, and Google processes that data for us.
  • No advertising or tracking. We use no advertising pixels, no social media tracking tags and no embedded video. Our own visit counter counts how many times each page is read each day; it sets no cookie and keeps no address or anything about you.

How we keep what you send. We use what you send to answer you, to do the work you ask for and to keep our accounts — never for anything else. We do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing because of it. Only the people at Double Support who handle it can open it. We keep it for as long as we need it for that, and you can ask us at any time to see it, correct it or delete it, at [email protected].

Stopping robots. To stop robots filling in our forms, we count how many arrive from the same connection in an hour. For enquiries we keep a one-way fingerprint of your network address, not the address itself. For job applications we keep the network address the application came from. No outside service checks our forms.

Cookies

We ask before we set anything that is not needed to show you the page.

  • Analytics cookies. Set only after you accept them. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies named `_ga` and `_ga_` followed by an identifier, to tell one visit from another. They last up to two years unless you clear them.
  • Your answer. If we show you a cookie notice, we remember whether you accepted or declined, in a cookie named `ds_analytics_consent` kept for 180 days, so we do not ask on every page.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics does not run. If the site has shown you a cookie notice, you can change your answer at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

Some links take you to other services: WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and the Client login for our clients' portal. What happens there is covered by those services' own policies, not this one.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to how we use your data, to ask us to restrict it, to receive it in a portable form, and to complain to your data protection authority.

To make any of these requests, email [email protected].

Our call center clients and their customers' data

When our agents answer calls, chats and emails for a client, they handle the client's customers' personal data on the client's behalf. Under the GDPR, the client is the controller of that data and Double Support is its processor. For clients in Europe:

  • An agreement first. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every European client.
  • Where the data is stored. Call recordings and customer data are stored in the EU. Calls run through Twilio's Ireland region, and our systems for European clients are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Europe.
  • Transfers. Our agents work from Amman, Jordan. Their access to European data is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in our Data Processing Agreement.
  • Recordings. Call recordings are kept for 90 days, or for the period the client sets, and are then deleted automatically.
  • Sub-processors. Twilio, for calls, and Amazon Web Services, for hosting and recording storage.
  • Our people. Every agent completes data-protection training before taking a first call, repeats it every year, and signs a confidentiality agreement.
  • Card payments. Our agents never hear or see card numbers. Payments go through a secure phone keypad or a payment link.
  • If something goes wrong. If a breach affects a client's data, we tell the client within 24 hours of discovering it.

If you are a customer of one of our clients, the client is the first place to ask about your data. You can also write to [email protected].

Frequently asked questions

What personal data does the Double Support website collect?

Only what you type into one of its forms — contact, demo, partner, the price builder, a job application or a store order — and what you send when you email, call or message us.

Does the website use analytics cookies?

Only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Then Google Analytics 4 runs with your IP address anonymized; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your answer from Cookie settings in the footer.

Do you sell my data or use it for marketing?

No. We use what you send only to answer you, to do the work you ask for and to keep our accounts. We do not sell it, and we use no advertising pixels or social media tracking tags.

Is what I type in the Flowrica chat kept?

Not by us. It stays in your browser for your visit — unless you leave your name and an email or phone, or ask to talk to a person; then your details and the conversation are saved so our team can answer you.

How do I ask to see, correct or delete my data?

Email [email protected]. In the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also lets you object, ask for restriction, receive your data in a portable form and complain to your data protection authority.

How do you handle our customers’ data when your call center works for us?

You are the controller and we are the processor. For European clients we sign a Data Processing Agreement, store recordings and customer data in the EU, and keep call recordings for 90 days or the period you set.
