Zyntra E-commerce, the online shop edition of Zyntra OS
Zyntra E-commerce: your online shop on Zyntra OS
Zyntra E-commerce runs an online shop from the product to the delivered order: your own shop website in English and Arabic, and in more languages when you add them, products with variants, stock that is never oversold, every order a Zyntra sales order with its invoice and delivery, returns as credit notes, deals, coupons, points and a wallet, sellers, auctions, classifieds, affiliates and your couriers. It is built on Zyntra OS, so the accounting, inventory, HR and everything else are part of the same system.

Your products are your Zyntra items
Every product with its price, stock, categories and state. Search by name, SKU or barcode, filter by category, brand, published or draft, stock, featured, physical or download, and by seller and approval when other sellers sell on your shop; sort them, and see them as a table or cards.

A product in two languages
Its name, short line and description in English and Arabic, its brand and categories, whether it is on the shop and featured, its address and search-engine words, variants by colour and size, and its stock in each of your warehouses.

Every order is a Zyntra sale
An order is a Zyntra sales order with its issued invoice; picked up, its delivery voucher takes the stock out; paid on delivery, the payment is the invoice's own. Its story, its tracking code and every mail to the shopper are on the order, and its receipt prints on an 80 mm printer.

Returns, decided in one press
What shoppers ask to send back, with the reason. Approve it and a credit note is made and the goods come back into the warehouse; reject it with a note to the shopper.

Deals, coupons, carts and points
Flash deals and today's deals with a discount per product, coupons for the cart, a product or a welcome, points for your customers, and carts left behind, each turned into a lead with one reminder.

Classifieds from your shoppers
Shoppers list what they sell to each other on your shop. They take a package first, a free one at once or a priced one through a Zyntra invoice, active once paid; each listing waits for your yes, then shows until its days run out or it is sold.

Your own shop website
Your shop on your own domain, in English and Arabic and in more languages you add, light or dark, made for the phone first: categories, filters and search, variants struck when out of stock, deals with their countdown, saved products and compare.

Checkout, priced by the server
As a guest or signed in: the delivery address or a pick-up point, the delivery way with its price, a coupon, and the tax shown. Pay on delivery, by card on the invoice's own pay page, and from the wallet or by bank transfer when you switch them on.

Made for an online shop
Zyntra E-commerce is Zyntra OS with its E-commerce part switched on, run from the Zyntra dashboard.
- Never oversold. Stock is checked when a product is added, again at checkout, and the shop counts what it sold and has not sent.
- Orders in 6 steps. New, confirmed, picked up, on the way, delivered or cancelled, each step Zyntra's own act.
- Delivery your way. Shipping zones priced flat, by weight, by value, free or pickup, free over an amount you set, pick-up points, and your own couriers, each with the orders given to them.
- Sellers. Other sellers offer products that wait for your approval and run their own desk; their payouts are Zyntra expenses.
- Wholesale, pre-order and auctions. Quantity prices, pre-orders paid ahead, and auctions whose bids are checked by the server.
- Reviews from buyers only. Only a shopper who received the product can review it, and you can approve each review first.
Shoppers who come back
Each one set up in the shop's settings, when you want it:
- Points. Earned on what a shopper spends, theirs once the invoice is paid, spent at checkout or turned into wallet money; a cancel takes them back.
- A wallet. The shopper's credit in Zyntra: topped up online or by your staff, or kept from a refund, and spent at checkout.
- Affiliates. Shoppers you approve share their own link and earn a share of an order once it is delivered, never of their own or a cancelled one.
- Classifieds. Shoppers list what they sell to each other, with packages you price, each listing approved by you.
- A newsletter through Zyntra Reach. Joining makes a lead, and the address is written to only from Reach.
- Product questions, review photos, brand pages and «bought together».
Built in, down to the detail
What a shop needs once it is busy, already there:
- Returns within the shortest window set on the product, its category or the shop
- Shoppers track an order by its number and their e-mail
- A seller's payout carries its statement, and a return takes the seller's share back
- Auctions with a reserve price and masked bidders; the winner gets a sales order, an issued invoice and its link
- A pre-order is paid ahead, never cash on delivery
- Couriers are your own staff by role; the cash they take is the invoice's own payment, and a missed door is kept with its note
- A download's link is signed, lasts 24 hours and opens only once the invoice is paid
- A bank transfer's receipt is approved by your staff before the goods leave
- Shipping labels and tracking through Shippo, EasyPost or Aramex, on your own account
- Sign-in codes are kept hashed, used once, valid 10 minutes, with 5 tries
- A new account never takes over an e-mail the company already knows, and a robot trap guards the form
- Reviews answered by the shop
- Nothing is deleted: products, categories, coupons, deals and zones are archived
Every sale in your books
The shop keeps no second record: every amount is Zyntra's own.
- A sales order, priced and taxed, with its issued invoice
- A delivery voucher that takes the stock out
- The payment on the invoice: by card, on delivery, from the wallet or by bank transfer
- A cancel or a return as a credit note, and the goods back through an inventory return
- Money back through Stripe, PayPal or Tap when the shopper paid through it; any other refund is one your staff mark done
- Prices shown with their tax, in the currency's own decimals
Flowrica for the shop
Ask her from the shop's screens:
- "Today's shop orders", each order and the day's sales
- "Which shop products are low on stock?"
- Refund a shop order: she fills the refund as you answer, you confirm, and you can undo it.
Reports, feeds and files
15 reports for any period, each to CSV, each saying how many rows it counted:
- Sales by day, products sold, categories and best customers
- Stock, saved products and coupons
- Searches, including those that found nothing
- Carts left behind, and returns
- Wallets, sellers' earnings, the shop against its sellers, commission and couriers' fees
- Product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Facebook
- Every product out and in as CSV or Excel, with a dry run first
What runs the shop underneath
Zyntra E-commerce sits on Zyntra OS, so the rest of the business is in the same system:
- Shoppers are your customers, and your items, warehouses and stock are Inventory's
- Sales orders, invoices, payments and credit notes
- Leads from carts left behind and the newsletter
- Expenses and the full accounting
- HR, leave and payroll
- And the rest of Zyntra OS, module by module
