Zyntra Real Estate: the agency edition of Zyntra OS
Zyntra Real Estate runs a real estate agency from the first listing to the owner's statement: every property for sale or for rent with its owner, agent, photos and status, buy and rent requests that become contracts and invoices, the rent invoiced every period by itself, the deposit, late fees and the commission worked out for you, and a listings website of your own. It is built on Zyntra OS, so the accounting, HR and everything else that runs the agency are part of the same system.

Every property, in 12 statuses
Each listing with its number, deal, area, bedrooms, days on the market, status and price. Filter by deal, any of 22 property types, governorate, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, agent and who it is shown to, choose the columns, and switch between a table, cards and a map where you draw an area to filter.
The property page
The photos, the key facts, the owner and the agent, and where it is on the map. Then the details, rooms and nearby schools, hospitals and malls, photos and files, who it is shared with, notes, reminders and its full history.
Approvals, with a reason
A listing added by someone who needs approval waits here. Approve it, or send it back with the reason, and the person who added it is told.
A lease becomes invoices
A rent request becomes a Zyntra contract and invoices: one rent invoice for each period, issued by itself, the security deposit on its own invoice and returned at the end, and a late fee once per late rent after the grace days. When it is paid, the property becomes Rented or Sold by itself.
The owner's statement
What each property of an owner earned in a period: the rent collected, less the commission and the maintenance, and what is due to the owner. Printed, or read by the owner in the portal.
Your own listings website
Your public listings, in English and Arabic, on your own domain: search by deal, type, area, bedrooms and price, a page for each property, and your agents. Only public listings on the market are shown, and every enquiry arrives in Zyntra as a lead.
Owners, tenants and brokers in the portal
In the client portal, a tenant sees the lease and its invoices, fills in the renter profile and asks for a repair. An owner reads the statement, and a broker adds listings that wait for your approval.
Made for a real estate agency
Zyntra Real Estate is Zyntra OS with its Real Estate part switched on, in English and in Arabic, made for Jordan first.
- Jordan first. All 12 governorates, square metres, plot, basin, village and title deed, solar panels, water tank and central gas.
- Every deal. For sale or for rent, by the day, week, month or year, with 9 statuses for each buy or rent request.
- Listings kept private. An internal listing never reaches your website, its page or its photos.
- Co-brokerage. Share a listing with other brokers, who accept or decline it, and the commission counts the brokers who accepted.
- More than one company. Every list, record, report and the website belong to their own company.
The money, worked out for you
Every amount is a Zyntra contract, invoice, payment or expense, posted the way your books post them:
- A sale: one invoice for the price
- A rent: one invoice for each period, issued by itself for the whole term
- The security deposit held and returned, in whole or in part, with the reason kept
- A late fee, fixed or a percentage, once per late rent after the grace days
- The commission of the agent and the brokers worked out and turned into expenses waiting for approval
- Maintenance as tickets on the property and the tenant, its cost on the owner's statement
- A notice before each lease ends

What is Zyntra Real Estate?
Zyntra Real Estate is real estate agency software made by Double Support in Amman, Jordan. It is the real estate edition of Zyntra OS: properties for sale and for rent, owners, agents and brokers, buy and rent requests, leases with their invoices, deposits and late fees, owner statements and a listings website, on top of the accounting, HR and the rest of Zyntra OS.
Is Zyntra Real Estate a separate system from Zyntra OS?
No. It is Zyntra OS with its Real Estate part switched on, in the same installation, under its own name and mark.
Does Zyntra Real Estate work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, the client portal and your listings website work in Arabic and in English.
Does the rent invoice itself every month?
Yes. A lease makes one rent invoice for each period of its term, by the day, week, month or year; the first is issued at once and the rest by themselves. A late fee is added once per late rent, after the grace days.
Can I show my listings on my own website?
Yes. Your listings website works on your own domain, in English and Arabic. It shows only public listings on the market, and each enquiry becomes a lead in Zyntra.
What do owners and tenants see?
In the client portal, a tenant sees the lease and its invoices, fills in the renter profile and asks for repairs; an owner reads the statement. Each sees only their own.
