Zyntra Hotel runs a hotel from the booking to the last invoice: a room calendar night by night, every stay from tentative to checked out, the guest's bill split as you need and invoiced through Zyntra, housekeeping, rates and seasons, the booking platforms' calendars kept in step, and a booking website of your own. It is built on Zyntra OS, so the accounting, HR and everything else that runs the hotel are part of the same system.

  1. Every room, night by night

    The room calendar over 7, 14 or 30 days, each stay in its status, and the rooms left and the occupancy of every night. Press a stay to open it, or an empty night to book that room from that night. No night is ever sold twice.

  2. The stay and its bill

    Check in, check out, extend or move the guest, post a charge and take a payment. The bill has two windows, so part of it can go to another customer, and every charge is a Zyntra invoice with its receipt and its own pay link.

  3. Housekeeping

    Every room clean, dirty, inspected or out of order, who arrives and who leaves, and the day's tasks given to your staff. A guest leaving opens the clean, and a fault reported becomes a support ticket on that room.

  4. Rooms and rates

    Room types with their photos, amenities, guests and weekend price, and every room with its floor and state. Rate plans with meals, refundable or not, a minimum stay; seasons with their own price, closed to arrival or stop sell; and extras by the item, the night or the person.

  5. Your own booking website

    Guests search your rooms by dates, adults and children, in English or Arabic, on your own domain, and see each rate plan priced for their stay, with how many rooms are left.

  6. Booked straight into the calendar

    The guest sees the total, the deposit and the cancellation rule before booking. The booking lands in the same room calendar, its nights are invoiced at once, and the guest pays from the invoice's own pay link.

Made for a hotel

Zyntra Hotel is Zyntra OS with its Hotel part switched on, in English and in Arabic.

  • Every stay in 6 statuses. Tentative, confirmed, in house, checked out, cancelled and no-show, cancelled and no-show by your own rules.
  • 14 booking sources. Direct, phone, walk-in, e-mail, your website, travel agents and the booking platforms, each counted in your revenue.
  • The booking platforms' calendars. Each room gives Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo and Google its calendar, and reads theirs back.
  • From Zyntra OTA. A booking made in Zyntra OTA is booked into a room.
  • Every guest is a Zyntra customer. Their stays, invoices and payments are on their record.

More than a booking engine

Everything a booking engine has, and the hotel's operations with it:

  • Check-in, check-out and no-show, with the hotel's own rules
  • Housekeeping, with faults as support tickets
  • The guest's bill, its charges, invoices and receipts, in your accounting
  • Your tax rates on nights and extras, included or added, and a tourist tax by the guest-night, the night or the stay
  • Prepayment as none, full, a percentage, the first night or a fixed amount; one reminder, then an unpaid booking is cancelled by itself
  • Prices by weekday, guests included, children's ages, minimum and maximum stay, no arrival or departure on chosen days, stop sell, and closing some rooms on dates
  • A rates calendar edited in bulk, and a room calendar over 60 days where a stay is dragged to move it
  • Promo codes, several rooms in one booking, and "tell me when a room is free"
  • Activities booked with a stay or on their own
  • The guest's own cancel by your rules, and reviews only from verified stays, moderated and answered
  • Prices shown in other currencies at Zyntra's own rates

The money, right to the night

Every amount is a Zyntra invoice, payment or credit note, posted the way your books post them:

  • Each night priced by its plan and its season
  • Charges for food, minibar, laundry, transport, spa and services on the bill
  • A bill split in two windows, one of them for another customer
  • An extension invoices only its new nights
  • A cancel, a no-show or a change takes the nights off the bill: an unpaid invoice is cancelled, paid nights are credited
  • Receipts, and the invoice's own pay link

What is Zyntra Hotel?

Yes. Every screen and your booking website work in Arabic and in English.

Does it work with Booking.com and Airbnb?

Yes, through each room's calendar: give the platform the room's calendar address so it sees your bookings, and read the platform's calendar so you see its bookings. Expedia, Vrbo and Google work the same way.

Can guests book on my own website?

Yes. Your booking website works on your own domain, prices each stay by your plans and seasons, and puts the booking in the same calendar, so a night is never sold twice.
