The patient's file
Each patient is one of your customers with a medical file: date of birth, national ID, blood group, allergies, chronic conditions, emergency contact and insurance plan, with every visit beside it.
The visit and its prescription
Vitals with their units, complaint, examination, diagnosis with an optional code, procedures with their prices and files; closing signs the visit and locks it. The prescription — medicine, dose, how often and for how long — prints on your letterhead, in Arabic or in English.
Reports
Visits per doctor and day, revenue by service, what each insurer still owes, and missed appointments.
Made for clinics
Zyntra Clinic is Zyntra OS with its Clinic part switched on, in English and in Arabic:
- From the appointment to the visit. Today's bookings come from Zyntra Appointments — one booking system; «Start the visit» checks the patient in and opens the visit, and a walk-in starts there too.
- Medical insurance. Insurers and their plans (coverage and co-pay), a claim per visit from draft to paid, and the insurer's part and the patient's part each on its own invoice.
- Your lists, your figures. Vitals, medicines, frequencies, diagnosis codes, and file and visit numbering — all settings.
The medical record stays private
Each person sees what their work needs:
- A doctor reads their own patients' records, or the team's, or all, by right
- The reception sees names, contacts, appointments and invoices only
- Every read of a record is written down
- Flowrica answers «Who is booked today?» within your rights

What is Zyntra Clinic?
Zyntra Clinic is software for clinics and medical centres, made by Double Support in Amman, Jordan. It is the clinic edition of Zyntra OS.
Is Zyntra Clinic a separate system from Zyntra OS?
No. It is Zyntra OS with its Clinic part switched on, in the same installation, under its own name and mark. Its bookings are Zyntra Appointments', which it carries inside it.
Does Zyntra Clinic work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and in English, and a prescription prints in either.
What is not in Zyntra Clinic yet?
Connections to laboratories and radiology, an online patient portal, and e-prescriptions to national systems are not in this edition.
