A law office lives on dates: hearings, appeal periods, replies due, powers of attorney that expire. Zyntra Legal, the law office edition of Zyntra OS, keeps each date with its case and runs the office from the first call to the last invoice.
Every case, with what belongs to it
A case carries its number, court, case type, stage, judge or panel, filing date and your side, with the next hearing on top. Then the parties: your client, the opponent, the opponent's lawyer and the witnesses. Labour, commercial, family and sharia, and criminal cases start from a template with their usual steps.
Hearings and deadlines, counted for you
Each hearing goes into the attending lawyer's calendar, with its outcome and the next date. A legal period — an appeal, an objection, a reply memo — is counted from its start date with the weekend and the company's holidays skipped, and the responsible lawyer is reminded 3 days before and on the day.
Powers of attorney
Every power of attorney a client gave is kept with its number, type, expiry date, notary, the lawyers named and the cases it covers. The first lawyer named is reminded before it expires. Before you take a case, you can check a name against your clients, their contacts and the parties of other cases.
Confidential cases stay confidential
A case marked confidential is seen only by the people working on it and by those the office gave that right.
Your client's side
In the client portal, your client opens their own case: its number, court, type, stage, filing date and next hearing, never your notes or the other parties. They sign the fee agreement, pay the case's invoices, and upload documents when you allow it.
From the case to the invoice
Zyntra Legal is Zyntra OS with its Legal part switched on, so tasks and time entries on each case, fee agreements, expenses charged back on the invoice, invoices with sales tax and payments, accounting, HR and payroll are all in the same system. Every screen works in English and in Arabic, and each person chooses their own. Flowrica helps too: a case summary from that case only, and a document drafted from your own template, which opens as a draft for you to edit.
