- Email settings: choose which kinds of email get the blind copy (BCC) — invoices, payment receipts, reminders and more — instead of every message.
- Search leads, customers and deals by their number, in their lists and in the top search.
- HR: archive an onboarding or leaving checklist and bring it back; add and delete positions from the Job descriptions page.
Improved
- Check in and Check out ask you to confirm first, so a punch is never recorded by mistake.
- Every required field in the HR, payroll and hiring forms is marked with *.
- Saving a vendor with an opening balance tells you where it went: into the company's opening entry when its books are opened, or its own entry.
Fixed
- Files: every upload follows the file types your company allows, and a file that is not allowed is refused the moment you drop it.
- HR and payroll permissions do exactly what they say: Create, Delete and View on dependants, payslip templates, appraisals and job descriptions.
- The leave calendar draws a leave only on the days it costs, not on weekends or public holidays.
