What is Shopify?
Shopify is a platform on which businesses build and run their own online stores.
What you gain when you connect it
- Orders arrive by themselves. Each new order comes in once, as a draft sales order or a draft invoice — you choose which.
- Matched to what you have. The customer is found by email or added; each line is matched to your item by SKU, and shipping is its own line.
- Nothing goes out unchecked. The order waits as a draft: nothing is confirmed, issued or sent until your team does it.
- Checked notices. Each notice must carry the store's signature before the order is read from the store itself.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Channels › ShopifyAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountEnter your store's domain, access token and webhook secret, and choose sales orders or invoices — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Switch it onSwitch it on, and from then on it works by itself.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
