Your Zid store's orders arrive in Zyntra, and Zyntra's stock can be sent to the store.
What is Zid?
Zid is a Saudi e-commerce platform on which merchants build and run their online stores.
What you gain when you connect it
- Orders arrive by themselves. Each new order comes in once as a sales order, is confirmed so its stock is held, and is invoiced.
- The rest of the order follows. Paid on the store: the payment is recorded. Shipped: stock leaves the warehouse. Cancelled: a credit note is applied.
- Your stock on the store. Zyntra's free quantity is sent to the store by SKU every hour, after each order, and when you press «Send the stock now».
- One set of books. Store sales land in the same customers, invoices and stock as the rest of your business.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Channels › ZidSomeone who may manage online stores opens the Zid card.
- Connect your storePress Connect and approve Zyntra in Zid.
- Choose what flowsChoose orders in, stock out, the warehouse, the tax rate and the payment mode; «Test» checks the connection.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
