Payments
Zyntra OS + Stripe
Customers pay invoices by card through Stripe.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is an online payments company used by businesses around the world to take card payments on the internet.
What you gain when you connect it
- Stripe's own page. The customer pays on Stripe Checkout, and Stripe's signed notice is checked before anything is recorded.
- Paid where they already look. Your customer pays from the invoice's own link or in the client portal — only on an open invoice, in a currency the provider takes.
- Recorded on its own. Once the provider confirms the payment, it is recorded against the invoice and the invoice shows as paid — nobody types it in again.
- Its fee, if you choose. You can add the provider's processing fee on top for the payer; the invoice still records the amount it was for.
- Tried safely. With a Stripe test key, no test payment ever reaches your books.
Who it suits
A business that sends invoices and wants them paid online, recorded without typing.
How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Payment GatewaysAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountEnter Stripe's publishable key, secret key and webhook signing secret — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Switch it onA test key (it begins with sk_test_) keeps it in test mode; your live key makes it live.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
