Zyntra OS features
Accounting as accountants in Jordan do it
Invoices, payments, bills and expenses post to the books as they happen. On top of that, the accountants get the full books: their own Arabic chart of accounts, journal entries, periods that close, cheques through their whole life, bank reconciliation, budgets and every financial report — with national e-invoicing in the base price.

Accounting & Finance
Accounting
The full books, with the chart of accounts accountants write in Arabic.
- The accountants’ Arabic four-level chart of accounts, or the ready one — chosen per company
- Documents you already have posted to the books when they start, with a dry run first, and opening balances
- Journal entries, fiscal periods closed and reopened, and audited years
- Received cheques through their whole life — received, deposited, collected, returned, given back, deposited again — and cheques falling due announced
- Issued cheques printed with the amount in words
- Bank statements imported and matched, bank rules, reconciliation and transfers
- Set-off, bills matched to their orders and receipts, period-end currency revaluation and stock, and unbilled revenue
- Budgets against actuals
- Trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, changes in equity, the ledger and ageing
- Several companies, each with its own books, and the figures of the companies under a parent brought together
- Accounts carry a second name in a second language

Expenses
Every expense in its own currency, at the rate of its own day.
- Exchange rates fetched on a schedule; an expense converted at the rate of its own date, and a rate too old refused
- Approval, a warning for an expense entered twice, receipt checks and spending rules
- Recurring expenses, expenses imported from a file, and an expense billed on to the customer
- Expenses and expenses against income, side by side

Tax and e-invoicing
Built in, per company, in the base price.
- Invoices and credit notes submitted to Jordan’s National Invoicing System (JoFotara), sent again on their own if it does not answer; an accepted invoice is locked
- The QR code on the invoice, and a log of every submission with what was sent
- ZATCA-ready for Saudi Arabia: the invoice, its signature, its chain and its QR code are built in, and sending starts when the company switches it on
- E-invoicing is chosen per company; a company that does not use it sees nothing of it
- Tax set-up, a tax summary and the tax return with Jordan’s and Saudi Arabia’s periods; a filed period locks its invoices
- Withholding tax and reverse-charge tax on imported services
- Invoices paid online through the ready payment gateways, each on your own account
