What's new in Zyntra OS 5.19.3

New

After each update, this card tells you what changed. Open it again any time from your name's menu › What's new.

JoFotara: an invoice brought from your old system keeps its invoice type, so a credit note on it is accepted.
Importing files: text files (.txt, .csv, .log) are always taken as text.
Protection: tighter protection of each company's data and each person's rights.

The What's new card appears once for each person after an update, on any device. Press Got it and it will not appear again for that version.
This page lists every update, newest first.

Invoices, estimates, proposals and sales orders: a line typed by hand needs no Items right. Searching the catalogue and Browse catalogue need the Items › View right, and the system checks the same.
New invoice: without the Customers right the customer box says which right it needs. Without the Invoices › Send right, Save as draft is the main button.
JoFotara: an invoice brought from the old system keeps its JoFotara invoice type and the number it was sent to JoFotara under, so a credit note on it is accepted. A document with no invoice type is stopped with a clear message before it is sent.
Importing files: a file named .txt, .csv or .log whose content is text is accepted as text. Scripts and programs are still refused, whatever their name.
