What's new in Zyntra OS 5.19.4
New
- Projects: you can copy a project for a customer billed in another currency. The copy asks for its price in that currency.
- Leads: if a lead's email belongs to one of your staff, you are told when you save it.
Fixed
- Numbering: the next number always follows on from the last one used, so no number is skipped.
- Deliveries: a delivery made from a sales order takes the order's address, or asks for one.
The details
New
- Copy a project onto a customer billed in another currency: the copy takes that customer's currency and asks for its fixed price or hourly rate again in it. Copies for a customer in the same currency work as before.
- A lead whose email belongs to one of your staff can still be saved, with a warning: the email must be changed before the lead becomes a customer.
Fixed
- Setup › Numbering: you can still change the format, prefix, digits and yearly or monthly restart, but the next number cannot jump ahead and leave a gap. A kind with no document yet may start at any number.
- An order is confirmed without a delivery address. When a delivery is made from it, the order's address is filled in, and if there is none you are asked for it.
