What is eFAWATEERcom?
eFAWATEERcom is Jordan's national bill payment system: people pay a bill from their bank's app, online banking or a branch using the biller and the bill number.
What you gain when you connect it
- A bill number on every invoice. Each issued invoice shows your biller code and its bill number, on the screen, the PDF and the customer's page.
- Paid in their own bank. Your customer pays in their bank's app or at a branch — nothing to type on your side.
- Recorded once. The payment notice is checked by its signature and recorded against the invoice once.
- Tried safely. In test mode the provider's sandbox is used and no test payment ever reaches your books.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Payment GatewaysAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountEnter your biller code, service type and notice signing secret, and give your bank the two addresses the screen shows — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Try it in test modeIt starts in test mode: you try it, and nothing real is sent, charged or recorded.
- Switch it onTurn test mode off and switch it on — from then on it works by itself.
