What is HubSpot?
HubSpot is a customer relationship platform for sales, marketing and service.
What you gain when you connect it
- Your customers, in. Companies become customers (an existing one with the same name is reused), and contacts become their contacts.
- See it first. A preview shows what will come; nothing is written until you import.
- Deals in your own stages. Each old stage is mapped to a stage of your pipeline by a person; an unmapped stage stops the import.
- Owners kept. A deal's owner is matched to your staff by email.
- Read only. Your old system is only read; nothing is changed there.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Import from your old systemEnter the client ID and secret of your HubSpot app, then press Connect and sign in to HubSpot.
- Map and lookMap what Zyntra asks you to map, then look at the preview — it writes nothing.
- ImportPress Import once; what arrived is reported line by line.
