What is Odoo?
Odoo is an open-source business software with accounting, sales, CRM and stock apps, online or on a company's own server.
What you gain when you connect it
- Your books in one move. Accounts, customers, vendors, items and open invoices and bills up to the date you choose, and one opening journal entry.
- Your clients and deals too. Contacts, leads and deals come from Odoo's CRM, each stage mapped by a person.
- Checked to the fils. The opening entry is refused unless its debits equal its credits and the open invoices and bills add up to the receivables and payables — exactly.
- Undo. An import can be undone: what it made is taken back, except anything used since.
- Read only. Your old system is only read; nothing is changed there.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Import from your old systemChoose Odoo and enter your Odoo address, database, user and API key — or upload Odoo's export files instead.
- Map and lookMap what Zyntra asks you to map, then look at the preview — it writes nothing.
- ImportPress Import once; what arrived is reported line by line.
