Zyntra OS + Jira
Jira issues linked to Zyntra tasks and read in Zyntra.
What is Jira?
Jira is Atlassian's tool for planning and following work as issues, used by many software teams.
What you gain when you connect it
- Jira issues as Zyntra tasks. A Jira project is linked to a Zyntra project, its issues read in, with their attachments and comments.
- Mapped by you. Every status, priority and type is mapped and people matched by email before anything is imported.
- Kept in step. A change in Zyntra is sent on save; a change in Jira arrives by its notice, or every few minutes.
- Tried safely. Test mode answers with sample issues and sends nothing.
Who it suits
A team moving from Jira to Zyntra Projects, or working with a customer who stays on Jira.
How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Channels › Code and issuesAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountChoose cloud or server and enter your Jira address, account and API token — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Try it in test modeIt starts in test mode: you try it, and nothing real is sent, charged or recorded.
- Switch it onTurn test mode off and switch it on — from then on it works by itself.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
