What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment company that lets shoppers pay later or in parts, in Europe, North America and Oceania.

What you gain when you connect it

  • Pay later, on Klarna's page. Your customer chooses Klarna on the invoice's link or in the portal and finishes on Klarna's own page.
  • Paid where they already look. Your customer pays from the invoice's own link or in the client portal — only on an open invoice, in a currency the provider takes.
  • Recorded on its own. Once the provider confirms the payment, it is recorded against the invoice and the invoice shows as paid — nobody types it in again.
  • Paid only when captured. The invoice shows as paid when Klarna has captured the whole amount — never when the customer is only approved.
  • Refunds through Klarna. A refund goes back through Klarna.

Who it suits

How to switch it on

  1. Open Setup › Payment GatewaysAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
  2. Enter your own accountEnter your Klarna API user name and password, and choose your region — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
  3. Try it in test modeIt starts in test mode: you try it, and nothing real is sent, charged or recorded.
  4. Switch it onTurn test mode off and switch it on — from then on it works by itself.

Every connection is free

We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
