What is Outlook calendar?
Outlook calendar is the calendar of Microsoft 365, where most companies on Microsoft keep their meetings.
What you gain when you connect it
- Both ways. Outlook events show in your Zyntra calendar, and your Zyntra events are written to Outlook.
- No surprise invitations. Nothing is sent to attendees from the copy; a removed event is cancelled, never deleted.
- Every 15 minutes. The two calendars are kept in step by themselves.

How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Microsoft app: its client ID, client secret and tenant.
- Each person connects their own accountAfter «Connect with Microsoft», each person turns on «Sync my Outlook calendar» in My Space › Calendar.
- Work as usualTheir calendars stay in step on their own.
