What is Outlook mail?
Outlook is Microsoft's email, part of Microsoft 365; Zyntra reaches it through Microsoft's own connection, Microsoft Graph.
What you gain when you connect it
- Your mail, inside Zyntra. Each person reads their own inbox and sent mail in Zyntra, and nothing is moved or marked read in Outlook.
- Sent from your own address. Mail written in Zyntra goes from your own mailbox, so replies come back to you.
- Replies on the record. A reply to a mail sent from a customer or a deal lands on that record.

How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Microsoft app: its client ID, client secret and tenant.
- Each person connects their own accountIn My Space › Mail › Settings, each person presses «Connect with Microsoft».
- Work as usualTheir mail is read every few minutes; the first read brings the last 30 days.
