Zyntra OS features
Payroll with income tax and social security
Zyntra OS's payroll works from gross pay through income-tax brackets set per country and year to deductions and social security — with overtime, payslips in your own template, and totals in the books.
What it does
- In a clear order. Basic and earnings make the gross; the taxable base comes next; then income tax; then the other deductions and the employee's insurance share make the net.
- Brackets per country and year. Income-tax brackets and rebates are set for each country and year; a payslip with no brackets for its year is refused by name.
- Social security as you set it. The employee's and the employer's shares are your own rates; the employer's never touches the net.
- Overtime by the day. Hours times the hourly rate times the rate for a working day, a rest day or a holiday.
- Part months and unpaid leave. Paid for the days worked, unpaid leave deducted — the line names how it was counted.
- A closed month stays closed. Closing a payroll month locks its attendance against edits and imports.
- Totals in the books. The books receive each run's totals per currency, not each person's salary.
- Payslips in your template. The same payslip on the screen and in the PDF, emailed when the run closes if you choose.
- End of service. End-of-service gratuity accrued each month and settled when a person leaves, as you switch it on.

Questions
Does Zyntra OS calculate income tax on salaries?
Yes, from the income-tax brackets and rebates you set for each country and year.
Does it handle social security?
Yes. The employee's share is deducted and the employer's contribution worked out, at the rates you enter.
Do the books see each salary?
No. The books receive each payroll run's totals, not each person's salary.
