Zyntra OS + SMTP and SendGrid
Zyntra's email sent through your own mail server or your SendGrid account.
What is SMTP and SendGrid?
SMTP is the common way email is sent between mail servers; SendGrid is a sending service that offers it.
What you gain when you connect it
- Mail from your own server. Zyntra's email — documents, reminders, notices — goes through your own mail server or sending service, such as SendGrid's SMTP.
- Nothing leaves until you say. Until delivery is switched on, every message is only written to Zyntra's mail log.
- A test that tells the truth. The Test button reports the server's real error, not «something went wrong».
Who it suits
A company that wants Zyntra's mail to leave from its own domain and server.
How to switch it on
- Open Setup › Settings › EmailAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountEnter your SMTP host, port, encryption, user name and password, and your sender's address and name — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Switch delivery onPress Test, then switch email delivery on.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
