What is Telegram?
Telegram is a messaging app with groups and bots that can post into them.
What you gain when you connect it
- Told when it matters. One short line with a link to the record, for the events you choose: a lead or customer added, an invoice issued or paid, a ticket opened, a task done.
- Never lost. It goes through the same outbox as Zyntra's webhooks, and is tried again if it fails.
- Off until you choose. It sends nothing until you switch it on, and a Test button checks it first.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › ChannelsAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountEnter your Telegram bot token and the group's chat ID, and choose the events — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Switch it onSwitch it on, and from then on it works by itself.
