What is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation service that links thousands of web apps, so that something in one app starts an action in another.

What you gain when you connect it

Six events out. A lead or customer added, an invoice issued or paid, a ticket opened, a task done — each sent once, after it is saved.
Signed and retried. Each call is signed by Zyntra and tried again after 1, 5, 30 and 120 minutes if it fails.
Records in. With a company key, leads, customers and tasks are added to Zyntra from your scenarios.
Keys kept safe. A key is shown once and kept only as a fingerprint; it works in its own company only.

How to switch it on

Open Setup › ChannelsAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
Enter your own accountMake a company key for Zapier and add the addresses that should hear your events — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
Switch it onSwitch it on, and from then on it works by itself.

Every connection is free

We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
