Arabic invoices and PDFs in Zyntra OS

Every document a customer reads — invoice, estimate, proposal, credit note — as a real Arabic PDF: Arabic letters joined, right to left, the total in Arabic words, in your own layout.

What it does

Arabic written properly. Letters are joined and laid out right to left, with an Arabic font built in — no fonts to install on the server.
Tables right to left. The items table and its columns follow the language's direction; page numbers print in Arabic.
The total in words. Invoices, estimates, proposals and credit notes show their total in Arabic or English words.
In your customer's language. A document prints in its customer's language by default — Arabic for one customer, English for another.
Mixed text keeps its place. An English name or code inside Arabic text keeps its direction, so punctuation does not jump.
Your own layout. A cover, a header, a footer, a closing page and the items table's colours — set per document kind and per company.
A reprint looks the same. A printed document is printed again with the layout it was issued with.
The e-invoice's QR code. JoFotara's QR code and number print once JoFotara accepts the invoice; a ZATCA invoice carries its QR code and a bilingual title.

How it works

Choose your layoutIn Settings › Custom PDF, set the paper, the font, your logo and each part of the document.
Give each customer their languageThe customer's language decides the language of what they receive.
Send or printThe PDF is made the same way on the screen, in the email and on paper.

Questions

Are Zyntra OS invoices in Arabic?

Yes. Invoices and the other documents a customer reads print as Arabic PDFs, right to left, with the total in Arabic words — or in English, by the customer's language.

Can I use my own invoice design?

Yes. Settings › Custom PDF sets a cover, header, footer, closing page and the items table, per document kind and per company.

Is one invoice printed in two languages side by side?

Each document is printed in one language, the customer's. A ZATCA tax invoice carries its title in Arabic and English.
