What is JoFotara?
JoFotara is Jordan's National Invoicing System, run by the Income and Sales Tax Department; registered businesses submit their invoices to it.
What you gain when you connect it
- Sent from inside Zyntra. Invoices and credit notes go to JoFotara when you save them or by a button — as your company chooses.
- JoFotara's own QR code. The QR code JoFotara returns is printed on the invoice, on the screen and in the PDF.
- Nothing lost. Every attempt is kept, and a network failure is tried again up to five times.
- Corrections done right. An accepted invoice is locked; a correction goes through a credit note.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › E-invoicing & taxEnter your registered name, tax number and income source sequence, and the client ID and secret key from JoFotara.
- Choose when to sendOn save, or by a button on each invoice.
- Switch sending onA super administrator switches sending on; invoices issued before that are never sent by themselves.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
