E-invoicing and e-signature
Zyntra OS + ZATCA
ZATCA-ready: Saudi standard and simplified invoices, signed and carrying their QR code — your company switches sending on once onboarded.
What is ZATCA?
ZATCA is Saudi Arabia's Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority; its FATOORA platform receives the e-invoices of businesses registered for VAT.
What you gain when you connect it
- Both kinds of invoice. Standard invoices go for clearance; simplified ones are reported within 24 hours.
- Signed and chained. Each invoice is signed, carries its hash and the previous invoice's, and its counter.
- The QR code on the paper. The QR code prints on the invoice, with a bilingual title, the seller's VAT number and VAT by category.
- Onboarding in four steps. Keys, the FATOORA one-time code, the compliance checks and the production certificate — inside Zyntra.
