What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is a cloud storage service for keeping and sharing files.
What you gain when you connect it
- Attach without downloading. On any record's files, «Attach from …» brings the file in, checked for its size and type first.
- Save to your own drive. «Save to …» puts the record's file in a «Zyntra» folder of your own drive, once.
- No copies twice. The same file attached again is not stored again.
- Each person's own. It is always the person's own drive, never one shared company account.

How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Dropbox app key and secret.
- Each person connects their own accountEach person connects their own Dropbox in My Space › Mail › Settings.
- Work as usualOn a record's files, choose «Attach from Dropbox» or «Save to Dropbox».
