Cloud files
Zyntra OS + Google Drive
Pick files from your Google Drive for a Zyntra record, or save them there.
What is Google Drive?
Google Drive is Google's cloud storage for files, documents and sheets.
What you gain when you connect it
- Attach without downloading. On any record's files, «Attach from …» brings the file in, checked for its size and type first.
- Save to your own drive. «Save to …» puts the record's file in a «Zyntra» folder of your own drive, once.
- No copies twice. The same file attached again is not stored again.
- Each person's own. It is always the person's own drive, never one shared company account.
- Google files as PDF. A Google document, sheet or slide arrives as a PDF.
Who it suits
Teams that keep their documents in the cloud and want them on the customer, deal or project they belong to.
How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Google app: its client ID and client secret.
- Each person connects their own accountEach person presses «Connect with Google» once, in My Space › Mail › Settings.
- Work as usualOn a record's files, choose «Attach from Google Drive» or «Save to Google Drive».
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
