What is OneDrive?
OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud storage for files, part of Microsoft 365.
What you gain when you connect it
- Attach without downloading. On any record's files, «Attach from …» brings the file in, checked for its size and type first.
- Save to your own drive. «Save to …» puts the record's file in a «Zyntra» folder of your own drive, once.
- No copies twice. The same file attached again is not stored again.
- Each person's own. It is always the person's own drive, never one shared company account.

Teams that keep their documents in the cloud and want them on the customer, deal or project they belong to.
How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Microsoft app: its client ID, client secret and tenant.
- Each person connects their own accountEach person presses «Connect with Microsoft» once, in My Space › Mail › Settings.
- Work as usualOn a record's files, choose «Attach from OneDrive» or «Save to OneDrive».
