What is Gmail?
Gmail is Google's email, used by people and by companies on Google Workspace.
What you gain when you connect it
- Your mail, inside Zyntra. Each person reads their own inbox and sent mail in Zyntra; Gmail is only read.
- Sent from your own address. Mail written in Zyntra goes as you, and Gmail keeps its copy in Sent.
- Replies on the record. A reply to a mail sent from a customer or a deal lands on that record.

How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Google app: its client ID and client secret.
- Each person connects their own accountIn My Space › Mail › Settings, each person presses «Connect with Google».
- Work as usualTheir mail is read every few minutes.
