What is Google Business Profile?
Google Business Profile is the card your business has on Google Search and Google Maps, with its reviews and its hours.

- Answered from Zyntra. A reply written in Zyntra is posted on Google, by someone with the right to manage it.

How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Google app: its client ID and client secret.
- Connect your businessIn Setup › Channels › Google Business Profile, press «Connect with Google» and sign in with the Google account that manages your business — Google must first have approved your Google app for its Business Profile API.
- Answer your reviewsOpen the reviews from the same screen, and answer them.
