What is Google Meet?
Google Meet is Google's video meeting service.
What you gain when you connect it
- A Meet link on the event. Choose Google Meet on a Zyntra event and it gets its own Meet link.
- Made by the organiser. It is made on the organiser's own Google calendar, and nobody is invited by surprise.
- Only from a connected account. Until the organiser has connected Google, Meet is refused with its reason, so no link is made in the wrong account.

How to switch it on
- Your administrator sets it up onceIn Setup › Settings › Email, the administrator enters your company's Google app: its client ID and client secret.
- Each person connects their own accountEach person presses «Connect with Google» once, in My Space › Mail › Settings.
- Work as usualOn a calendar event, choose Google Meet.
