Hotel

Zyntra Hotel

One hotel for each company: room types and rooms, rate plans, seasons and extras, the reservations at the front desk with their folio, housekeeping, and the outside calendars of the booking platforms. The guest is a Zyntra customer and is billed through a Zyntra invoice; a housekeeping fault becomes a Support ticket.

Switch it on

The super administrator opens Setup › Modules and presses Switch on on the Hotel row. It is an edition: only one edition can be on, so switch another one off first.

The product is then called Zyntra Hotel and the Hotel group comes into the side menu. The hotel itself is made for the company by itself.

Add your first room type and its rooms (see Rooms, rates and offers), then check Hotel settings.

The overview

Today's arrivals and departures, the rooms' states and how the hotel is selling.

The figures: Arrivals today, Departures today, In house, Occupancy this week, Average daily rate this month and Revenue per available room this month. Below: the guests waiting for a free room, today's arrivals and departures with what each one owes, the Room states, this week's occupancy, and this month's revenue by room type and by source. New reservation, Calendar and Housekeeping are at the top.

Every room night by night. Press a stay to open it, or an empty night to book that room from that night. Today, the arrows and the number of days move the view.

Drag a stay to another room or other nights to move it, and confirm with Move the stay.

Drag across empty nights to start a new stay over them.

Who may do what

Hotel Housekeeping — View / EditThe housekeeping board; setting room states, adding tasks, reporting faults.
Hotel Reports — View · Hotel Settings — EditThe reports; the settings, import and health.

The top role holds all of them. A person sees every stay of the companies they work in.

Who arrives today?, Who leaves today? and How full is the hotel this week?

Book a room: she asks the guest's name and phone, the room, the day of arrival, how many nights and how many adults, and fills the reservation form. Only Save reservation on the form books it. Her done card has Undo and Open the calendar.
