Rooms

Press Add room type. Under Name and description type the name in both languages, a short code, the beds, the size and what the room has. Under Guests: the adults the price includes and the most adults, children and guests. Under Prices: the price a night, the weekend price, the shortest stay and the extra adult and child prices. Add photos, and tick Sold on your booking page to sell it online.

Press Add room: the Room type, the Room number, the floor and a note.

Each room shows its state — Clean, Dirty, Inspected or Out of order — and its open tickets. Add calendar links a room to a booking platform's calendar (iCal) so the two stay in step.

The tabs: Rate plans, Seasons, Extras, Guests and children, and Calendar rules and closings.

Add rate plan: a name, what it Includes (room only, bed and breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive), how it changes the room's price (a percent or an amount a night), whether it is refundable and until when it can be cancelled free.

Add season: a name, the room type, the dates, and the price or the change for those nights; or close the nights to arrivals or to sale.

Add extra: something a guest can add — a transfer, a meal — with how it is charged.

Price check on the right prices a stay night by night, exactly as the desk and the booking page will.

Rates calendar

Each night's price for the guests it includes, its stay rules and the rooms left. What you see here is what the desk and the website sell. Drag over nights (or a room type's whole row, or a day's whole column), then under Change the nights you chose set the Night price, the Fewest nights, Stop selling or Open for sale, and press Apply to these nights.

Promotions

Add a code: the Code guests type, a name for the staff, the discount (a percent of the rooms or an amount off), the room types, the booking and stay dates, the fewest nights, the most uses, once per guest, and whether it is active.

Activities

Outings guests book by session. Add an activity: the name in both languages, the meeting place, the length, the places per session, the price per adult and child, the days and the start times, and whether it is offered on the guests' pages. On a session, Book places for a guest.
