Who

The same rights as projects and customers. One right of its own: See confidential cases.

Switch it on

The super administrator opens Setup › Modules and presses Switch on on the Legal row. The product is then named Zyntra Legal.

The words change everywhere: Projects become Cases, Customers become Clients, Sales & CRM becomes Clients & Billing and Project templates become Case templates.

Every case gets a Case tab, every client a Powers of attorney tab, and the cases list a Next hearing column.

With the module off, the old words come back and the legal parts are hidden. Nothing is deleted.

Cases at risk

While Legal is on, a case is At risk when a legal deadline is overdue or due within 3 days, or a hearing is within 3 days while its tasks are still open. The At risk chip on the cases list and the Cases at risk card on Cases & Tasks Overview show them, each with its reason.

Who may do what

Right	What it allows
Projects — view (own, team or all)	See the cases, their Case tab, documents and deadlines.
Projects — edit	Change case details, parties, hearings, deadlines, documents and confidentiality.
Customers — view / edit	See or change a client's powers of attorney.
See confidential cases	See a confidential case without being one of its members.
