What is UAE Ministry of Education eSIS?
The UAE Ministry of Education licenses private schools in every emirate except Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, and keeps its students on eSIS.
What you gain when you connect it
- The ministry's own columns. Enrolments, leavers, attendance totals and results, each student by his Emirates ID, his names in Arabic and English, and his place of birth.
- The check before the file. Every student missing a field the ministry needs is listed by name, with the link that opens his file to fix it.
- Four files from the school's records. Enrolments, leavers, attendance totals and the year's results (approved marks only), for a year, a term and a grade, as Excel or CSV with English or Arabic headers.
- The Emirates ID is kept as 784-YYYY-NNNNNNN-N. It is checked when it is typed, with or without dashes.
- Nothing is sent, every file is kept. The school uploads the file on the ministry's portal itself; Zyntra keeps who made each file, when, and how many students it held. Only who holds «Export» makes one.

- Check the studentsChoose what, the year, the term and the grade, and fix every student the check lists.
- Make the file and upload itDownload the file and upload it on eSIS with the school's own account. Compare its columns with the sheet your account gives you before the first upload.
