MSG91 is an Indian messaging company that sends text messages for businesses, inside India and abroad.
What you gain when you connect it
- Delivery reports. The provider's report arrives at a signed address of your company and marks each message delivered or failed.
- India's template rules. Each message can carry its DLT template ID, as India requires.
- Every text from one place. Reach campaigns, reminders sent beside your emails, a text after a missed call and the appointment messages all go through it.
- One log. Each message is kept in Zyntra's text log; one that cannot go is refused by name, not lost.
- Tried safely. In test mode the message is written to the log and nothing is sent.

How to switch it on
- Open Setup › ChannelsAn administrator who may change settings opens it in Zyntra OS.
- Enter your own accountChoose the provider in SMS and enter your MSG91 auth key, sender ID and route — from your own account with the provider. Secret keys are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Try it in test modeIt starts in test mode: you try it, and nothing real is sent, charged or recorded.
- Switch it onTurn test mode off and switch it on — from then on it works by itself.
