E-invoicing and e-signature
Zyntra OS + Peppol
Invoices and credit notes sent on the Peppol network, and suppliers' bills received from it as drafts.
What is Peppol?
Peppol is a network for sending e-invoices between businesses and governments: each side connects through a Peppol-accredited service provider, its access point, and the invoice travels between the two in the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 format.
What you gain when you connect it
- Sent when issued. An invoice or a credit note goes out by Peppol when it is issued, checked against the published Peppol rules in our tests.
- Its status on the invoice. Queued, Sent, Delivered or Refused, with the access point's reason and Send again.
- The buyer's Peppol ID checked. Check on Peppol says whether the customer can receive; a slip in the digits is refused.
- Suppliers' bills as drafts. A bill received is entered exactly as the supplier wrote it, and reaches the books only when a person accepts it.
Who it suits
A business that sells to, or buys from, companies and governments on the Peppol network — in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and more.
How to switch it on
- Open Setup › E-invoicing & taxIn the Peppol card, choose your Peppol ID type and type your Peppol ID.
- Enter your access pointChoose the access point and enter the key and signing secret from your own account with it. They are kept sealed and never shown again.
- Turn Peppol onSave and turn Peppol on; then give each customer its Peppol ID and press Check on Peppol.
Every connection is free
We take no setup fee for anything our customers need that improves their work: enter your own account and key, and it works. You pay your subscription to the service provider only, not to us; the connection with Zyntra is free.
