Zyntra OS for your business

Zyntra OS for trading and distribution

A trading company lives on three questions: what do we have, what did we sell, and who owes us. Zyntra OS answers them from one set of records — from the purchase order to the warehouse, the delivery, the invoice and the cheque.

Zyntra OS, the stock of a sample company

A day in a trading company

Buyers ask vendors for prices and place orders. Goods arrive in one of several warehouses and are counted in. Salespeople quote customers at their own prices and take orders. The warehouse packs and delivers. Accounts invoice, collect cash and cheques, and chase what is overdue. Every one of these steps changes the same stock and the same balances, which is why they belong in one system.
