• The shop, rights and FlowricaZyntra E-commerce is the company's own online shop. Every order it takes is a Zyntra sales order with its invoice, and its stock comes out of the company's warehouse. This dashboard shows the shop at a glance.
• ProductsA shop product is a Zyntra item with what the shop needs on top: pictures, variants, categories and its page. Its stock arrives through Inventory, never typed here.
• Orders, returns, deliveriesEach order the shop took is a Zyntra sales order with its invoice. Move it step by step to the shopper's door; a return becomes a credit note and the goods go back into the warehouse.
• Marketing and sellersDeals, coupons and points to bring shoppers back; campaigns and a newsletter; affiliates and auctions; and, for a marketplace, other sellers selling on the shop.
• Setup and reportsWhere the shop delivers and for how much, what its home page shows, which languages it speaks, its settings, and the reports read from its own orders.
