Sign inThe sign-in page is where staff enter Zyntra. It offers a password, a one-time link by email, and Microsoft where your company has set it up.
Your dashboardThe dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It tells you what needs you today and gives you shortcuts to what you do most.
Reading a record pageEvery record, such as an invoice, a contract or a project, opens with the same head: its name, its state, and one row of coloured buttons. The colour tells you what a button is for.
Calendar eventsThe company calendar shows meetings and dates on one page: your own events, and the due dates of tasks, sprints, projects, reminders, invoices and contracts. Put a meeting, a visit or a deadline on it, privately, for everyone, or shared with a customer.
A meeting inside ZyntraA calendar event can carry a meeting that opens inside Zyntra. The event's join link brings you to this screen, where you join with your microphone and camera.
Flowrica, your assistant in every sectionFlowrica is the assistant inside Zyntra. She answers questions from your own records, makes records with you one question at a time, tells you in the morning what needs you, and walks you through a screen. She works on the screen you are on.
My Space: your own work in one placeMy Space gathers what is yours: your day, your tasks and projects, your leave, expenses and equipment, your tickets and your calendar. Every tab shows your own records only.
The guideThe whole guide on one page, inside Zyntra: every section, with a search box and a list of contents.
When a screen is not permittedWhen you open a screen you may not see, Zyntra says so plainly and shows you what to do next. Nothing is broken.
Your exportA big export is not made while you wait. It is made in the background, and the bell tells you when the file is ready.
