Overview, rights and FlowricaZyntra Real Estate runs an agency: its listings for sale and for rent, the people who want to buy or rent, the leases and their rent, the owners and their statements. This screen counts all of it for a period.
Properties and approvalsEvery listing of the agency, for sale or for rent: added once, with its photos, its owner and its agent, and approved before anyone outside sees it when the agency asks for that.
Owners, agents and brokersThe owners are customers of the company; the agents are its staff; outside brokers are contacts who may share listings and earn a commission.
Buy and rent requestsA request is a client who wants one property. From the request come its contract, its invoice or its monthly rent invoices, and the commission once it is paid.
Tenants, maintenance, statementsAfter the lease is signed: who pays and who is late, what needs fixing and who pays for it, and what each owner is due.
