Graduation

A semester's graduation list holds the students who meet their plan. The registrar approves each one, then the dean; the dean's approval graduates the student on the list's day, in their major's degree. The student is kept as a graduate and keeps their portal.

The lists

Each semester's list shows its day and how many students wait for the registrar, wait for the dean, or graduated. Press a list to open it: each student with their audit as it reads now, their step, and who approved and when.

Make a list

Press New graduation list.

Choose the Semester, type The day they graduate on and a note, and press Make the list. Every student whose audit meets their plan, or will once what they study now is passed, is put on it.

Add a student puts one more student on the list, only when their audit meets their plan or will.

Approve: the registrar, then the dean

Tick the students. Who holds the registrar's right presses Approve as the registrar; the students then wait for the dean.

Who holds the dean's right ticks them and presses Approve as the dean. The students graduate: their file reads graduated, their major's study ends as graduated, and they are listed under Graduates.
Approving as the dean

Each approval reads the audit again: a student who does not meet their plan at that moment is refused, and the whole step with them.

Take a student off the list

Press Take off the list, type Why, and press Take off the list. The student stays on the list as taken off, with the reason; a later semester's list can take them.

A university student graduates only through the list. The student page's own Graduate button is not shown while University is on, and a graduate is never taken off a list.
