Graduation audits

Every student's audit

The Audits tab lists every student studying a major now: the hours Counted of the major's, the hours Left, the Cumulative GPA and the state — Meets the plan, Expected to graduate (it meets once the courses studied now are passed), Not yet, or Look at it again. Filter by major or state, or find a name or a student number.

The reports

The Reports tab lists the Expected graduates, the students Near graduation (with the credit hours left at or under the university's own figure) and the Audits to look at again, each with why: no plan for the intake year, a GPA under the lowest to graduate, a course no group counts, or a plan whose hours differ from its major's.

The lowest cumulative GPA to graduate and the hours left that make a student near graduation are set on Setup › Settings › University.

On the student's page and in the portal

The student's Graduation tab shows the same audit, with What if another major.

In the portal the student, and their guardian, read What is left to graduate: the credit hours left, the GPA, and the courses missing or in progress in each group.
